Connect your Instagram page and respond to direct messages from Donut.cx.
Go to Settings → Integrations
Click “Connect” on Instagram
Before starting the integration, you must have
An Instagram Business Profile
The Instagram Business Profile should be connected to a Facebook Business Page
Click on “Connect to Instagram” button.
You will be redirected to Facebook. Login to your Facebook Business Account.
Select the Business account that you want to use and click on "Next". Allow access to all the requests. Removing access might cause problems in using your Donut.cx account. Click “Done”
You have successfully approved Donut.cx to message on behalf of your Instagram Business account. After approval, your Donut.cx - Facebook Integration page will look like this:
