Overview

Whenever a customer messages you through any of the integrated channels, their name, user ID, and phone number will be automatically stored on the Unified Contacts Profile. 


Add customer details

To manually add a customer, click on the  icon


Click on “Add Contacts



Enter your customer details and click “Save



Filter customer

Go to the “Contacts” page

Use either of the below methods to filter a customer

  • Filter by Keyword: Enter the name/user_ID in the search bar to search for the customer


  • Use preset filters: You can filter based on phone number type or contact source


Edit customer details

You can edit the customer details in two ways: 


Method 1

Go to the “Contacts” page

Double-click on the respective contact that you want to edit

Change the necessary details and click “Save


Method 2

Go to Team Inbox

Open the desired customer’s conversation

On the right-hand pane, click on “Actions” (highlighted below)



Select “Edit Contact Details


Here, you can edit their name, and add their phone number and address.



Click on “Update Contacts” to save the changes
