User Profile

When an Admin has invited you to Donut.cx, you can follow the below steps to set up your profile.


Click on the invite link. You will be directed to create a password to activate your account.


To update you user profile, go to Settings → My Profile


Here, you can upload your profile picture and edit your details (except for your email/phone number which was used to send the invite link)


Note: Your role and email/phone number used to send the invite link can be updated only by an admin or owner.



Agent Status


Agent Status enables you to update your real-time availability as status and it allows your Admins to better understand how each agent spends their time daily.


Donut.cx currently supports 2 default statuses

  • “Active”

  • “Away”


To set up a status, click on the profile icon at the bottom left corner


Use the toggle button to set your status as “Active” or “Away”
